🌿 JaoRPG – Just another Role-Playing-Game

JaoRPG is a story-driven 2D RPG inspired by the short stories written by my wife ❤️
It’s sometimes funny, sometimes strange, and often quieter than you might expect.

This is not a classic open-world RPG.
JaoRPG follows a clear narrative path, but the way you move through it — and what the world becomes — depends on how you deal with its conflicts.

JaoRPG is a game about change, imbalance, and responsibility.

The world is constantly shifting.
Nothing stays perfect.
Every decision — and even every hesitation — leaves a mark.

You won’t be asked to save the world.
You’ll be asked to live with what you shape.

• Turn-based combat, influenced by emotional and situational states

• A world that reacts subtly to your actions over time

Progress is not just about stats or grinding —
it’s about understanding what’s happening and choosing how to respond.

🌍 Multilanguage support (core feature)

JaoRPG is fully multilingual and supports:

• and a playful Elvish fantasy language

Languages affect:

• menus

• dialogues

• items

• database entries

The game also serves as a live showcase for the multilingual tools I built myself.

• and slowly expanding the world instead of rushing content
